With nearly two decades of experience across law firms and large international companies, I have worked in senior legal and operational compliance roles in complex, regulated markets.
My background includes commercial law, M&A, complex negotiations and regulatory implementation across demanding jurisdictions. Over time, my roles have also involved contributing at management level and driving cross-functional initiatives where legal and organisational priorities meet.
Alongside that, legal operations have been a consistent thread throughout my career. In different roles, I have worked to improve structures, workflows and decision-making processes: from knowledge management and transaction support to standardisation, digital transformation and more recently AI-enabled ways of working in global organisations.
Snowbranch reflects my hybrid experience: strategic enough to design frameworks, hands-on enough to get things done, and pragmatic enough to make sure it works across cultures, teams, and businesses.
